Youtube Discontinues its Video Editor Feature From September 20th, which didn’t impress the video creators

After 10 Years of its Inclusion, Youtube Video Editor is going away on September 20th 2017.Its Noticed that only 0.1 % of youtube creators are using this feature.The most successful video sharing platform has this feature which didn’t impress its creators.

Anyway you can still enhance your videos online through Video Manager. You can make edits like trim , blur and trim after uploading the video to your youtube channel.

Youtube has Given time till 20th September 2017 to complete all the unfinished projects with Video Editor or Photo Slideshows. From September 21st you cannot access these projects. Videos Published with Video Editor or Slideshows before 20th September 2017 , will not be affected.

Youtube says “You can download your own videos from YouTube in 720p, or use Google Takeout to retrieve your original files in case you want to use them in a new video.”

To find Creative Commons material to use in your videos, filter your search results by Feature = Creative Commons. You can send a private message to the uploader if you find a video that is licensed as Creative Commons, to ask if they could share the original video file with you.
