Why Children Lie and How to Develop Honesty in Them

# There are several reasons why children lie. Most common one is Just to avoid Punishment . They don’t want to Make Adults Upset.

what you have to do : Accept their mistakes and failures. remember they are children. Explain the reasons of failures instead of Blaming. Encourage them to come to you for reasoning and encouragement. Don’t Demand Better performance than a kid can muster.

# False Image – Some Kids what to fake things to boost their image . They just want to be Centre of Attraction . These Kids grew ego centric and never stand to reason .

what you have to do : Stop Comparing kids with others. Too much of pampering is also a reason . Never look down on others success before your kid.

#When They are expecting Something – Children Lie to Earn something .

#Break The Rules – Parents Impose certain rules on the Kids , for example “ Don’t play in the backyard till i am back home”. Children tend to be curious and adventurous on things NOT TO DO .

what you have to do : Instead of just imposing rules, explain the kids the consequences and teach him to be responsible .

Thanks for writing this awesome article.
I’m a huge follower of Game of Thrones.
I’ve been watching it since it came. It feels amazing
watching it, isn’t it ? You just can’t expect what’s gonna
happen next. You can’t tell for sure about your favourite character being alive
for the next episode. And talk about the graphic violence!
    Man it’s just stunning.
My favourite character is Demon monkey.
