Ingredients

Fish -250gms
Turmeric Powder-half Teaspoon
Chilli Powder-1 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 Teaspoon
Coconut Oil- 2 Tablespoon
Lime Juice-2 Teaspoon
Rock Salt-as Per Taste
Kasoori Methi-1 Teaspoon

Masala Ingredients for Dry Roast

Black Pepper
Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
Nutmeg
Mace(Javithri)
Cardamom(Big)
Cardamom(Small)
Cumin Seeds
Coriander Seeds

Method

Clean the Fish Pieces.
Dry Roast the Masala Ingredients.
After Cooling Make a Fine Powder.
Take a Bowl for Marination.
Add the Fish Pieces.
Add Turmeric Powder,chillipowder,salt,gingergarlic Paste,
Lemon Juice,dry Roasted Masala Powder and Kasoori Methi.
Mix Everything Well.
Marinate for Atleast 2 Hours in Refrigerator.
Take a Grill Pan.
Add Coconutoil.
Add the Fish Pieces.
Fry for 4 to 5 Minutes.
Turn the Other Side Carefully and Fry Well.
Switch Off the Flame and Serve.
Diet Tandoori Fish Kebab Is Ready to Serve.
