Red Chillies-5
Coriander Leaves-few
Garlic Cloves-7
Ginger Piece-1 Small
Freshly Crushed Pepper Powder-1 Teaspoon
Limejuice-2 Teaspoons
Red and Green Bell Pepper-1 Small Piece Each
Olive Oil-1 Teaspoon
Butter(for Frying)-1 Tablespoon
Rocksalt-as Per Taste


Take Paneer Block and Make Into Long Slices.
Take a Mixie Jar.
Add Red Chillies,bell Peppers(Capsicum)garlic,ginger,coriander Leaves,rock Salt,pepper Powder,oliveoil
Lime Juice .
Make a Fine Paste.

Heat the Pan.
Add a Little Butter.
Dip the Paneer Slices in the Masala Paste and Fry It in Medium Flame.
Turn the Other Side Also and Fry .
You Can Add Capsicum and Onion Slices With This and Fry.(Optional).
Switch Off the Flame.
Serve It Hot.
