Diet Mutton Roast.

Ingredients

Mutton -1kg
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Teaspoon
Chillipowder-2 Teaspoons
Homemade Garam Masala-1 Tablespoon
Gingergarlic Paste-2 Tablespoons
Lemonjuice-2 Tablespoons(Juice From 1 Lemon)
Coriander Powder-1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder(Freshly Crushed)-1 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds-1 Teaspoon
Curryleaves
Mintleaves
Dry Red Chillies-2
Butter-1 Tablespoons
Fresh Grated Coconut-4 Tablespoons
Rock Salt-as Per Taste

Method

Take Cleaned Mutton Pieces.
Add Turmeric Powder,chillipowder,ginger Garlic Paste,lemon Juice and Rocksalt.
Marinate for 2 Hours in Refrigerator.
After 2 Hours Cook the Mutton Pieces in Pressure Cooker for 5 to 6 Whistle.
Allow the Cooker to Cool Completely.
Heat a Pan for Frying.
Add 1 Tablespoon of Butter.
Add Cumin Seeds,curryleaves and Dry Redchillies.
Add Freshly Crushed Pepper.
Add Homemade Coriander Powder.
Add Rock Salt After Checking the Salt in the Mutton Pieces.
Add the Cooked Mutton Along With Water.
Fry Till It Becomes Fully Dry Consistency.
Add Mint Leaves.
Add Grated Coconut and Fry Well for 2 Minutes.
Switch Off the Flame.
