Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Diet Food Mushroom Palak Fry

Palak Leaves-1 Bunch
Butter-1 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds-1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds-1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Chopped-1 Tablespoon
Rocksalt Powder-as Per Taste
Sesame Seeds-1 Tablespoon(Roasted in Ghee)
Chilli Flakes-1 Tablespoon


Clean and Chop the Mushrooms and Palak Leaves.
Heat the Pan.
Add Butter.
When Butter Is Melted Add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds.
Add Curry Leaves.
Add Greenchillies and Chopped Garlic.
Saute Well.
Add Turmeric Powder.
Fry Well.
Add Mushrooms and Mix Well.
Add Required Rock Salt and Mix Well.
Close the Lid and Cook for 2 Minutes.
Open the Lid.
Add Palak Leaves and Mix Well.
Open and Cook in Medium Flame for 10 Minutes.
Stir in Between.
Add Chilliflakes and Mix Well.
Add Sesame Seeds and Mix Well.
Switch Off the Flame.
Delicious Palak Mushroom Fry Is Ready to Serve.
