Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Diet Curry Leaf Chicken Recipe

Coconut Oil-2 Tbsps
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Chillipowder-2 Tsps
Coriander Powder-2 Tsps
Homemade Garam Masala-1 Tablespoon
Gingergarlic Paste-1 Tablespoon
Crushed Pepper -1 Teaspoon
Lemonjuice-1 Tablespoon
Rock Salt-as Per Taste
Curryleaf Sprigs-6 to 8
Mustard Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fennel Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies-2
Coriander Leaves- Few


Marinate the Chicken With Rocksalt,turmeric Powder,chillipowder,limejuice and Gingergarlic Paste.
Marinate for 2 Hours in Fridge.

Take 6 to 8 Curry Leaf Sprigs.
Wash Them Properly and Drain.
Dry It Properly.
Take a Pan.
Dry Roast the Curry Leaves Till the Leaves Are Crispy.
Cool It and Make Powder in a Mixie Jar.
Keep the Powder Aside.

Heat the Pan.
Add 2 Tablespoons of Coconutoil.
Add Mustard Seeds,cumin Seeds,fennel Seeds,redchillies.
Add Pepper Powder.
Add Onions.
Add Rocksalt and Fry Well.
Add Tomato Pieces and Mix Well.
Fry Till Tomatoes Are Soft.
Add Coriander Powder and Homemade Garam Masala.
Fry Well .
Add the Marinated Chicken Pieces and Mix Well.
Fry for 5 Minutes.
Water Comes Out From the Chicken Pieces.
Check the Salt and Add if Required.
Add the Prepared Curryleaves Powder.
Mix Well.
Add Required Water for Cooking Chicken.close the Lid and Cook for 15 Minutes.
Open the Lid After 15 Minutes.
Check the Chicken Pieces Are Cooked Properly.
Adjust the Gravy Consistency According to Your Choice.
Fry for Another 5 Minutes in Medium Flame and Switch Off the Flame.
Garnish With Coriander Leaves.
Yummy Curry leaves Chicken Is Ready to Serve.
