Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna Diet Chow Chow Coconut Curry Cooking Recipe

Chow Chow Kobbari Kura


Chow Chow-250gms
Grated Coconut-4 Tablespoons
Coconut Oil-2 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds-half Teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies-2
Green Chillies-4 to 5


Clean the Chow Chow Vegetable and Peel the Skin.
Cut Into Small Cubes.
Take a Pressure Cooker.
Add the Pieces.
Add Turmeric Powder and a Pinch of Rocksalt Powder.
Cook for 1 or 2 Whistle.

Take a Mixie Jar.
Add Grated Coconut,cuminseeds and Greenchillies.
Make a Rough Paste Without Water.
Heat the Pan.
Add Coconutoil.
When Heated Add Mustard Seeds, Red Chillies and Curry Leaves.
Add the Coconut Mix.
Mix Well and Fry in Medium Flame for 1 Minute Till Raw Smell Goes.
Add Required Rocksalt Powder. And Mix Well.
Add the Cooked Seema Vankaya Pieces and Mix Well.
Close the Lid for 2 O 3 Minutes and Cook.
Open the Lid and Mix Again.
Switch Off the Flame and Serve.
Delicious Seemavankaya Kobbari Kura Is Ready to Serve.
