వెజిటబుల్ ఇడ్లీ తయారీ విధానం – Vegetable Idli Preparation Method.
chopped Cabbage-1/2 cup
grated coconut-3 tablespoon
flaxseed powder-1 tablespoon
sesameseed powder-1 tablespoon
almond powder-1 tablespoon
ginger chopped-1 teaspoon
cumin seeds-half teaspoon
sea salt-as per taste
Take a bowl for mixing the idli batter.
Transfer all the ingredients to the bowl.
Add salt as per taste.
Add a tablespoon of ghee to the mix.
No need of adding water to this as cabbage has good amount of moisture content.
Grease the idli plates and your palms.
Take a small portion of the mix and press gently into the idli plates.
Cook in a idli cooker or steamer for 15 minutes.
Switch off the flame and keep the idlis in the vessel for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take out the idlis and serve with your favorite chutney.
