Eggs-4, onions-1, tomato -1 pureed

red and green capsicum-1/2 cup

dry red chillies-7, ginger chopped-1 tablespoon

garlic chopped -1 tablespoon

kashmiri chilli powder-1 teaspoon

butter-4 tablespoon

crushed pepper-1 teaspoon

spring onion-few &  salt as per taste

Preparation Method

Soak the redchillies in hotwater for 15 minutes and make a fine paste in mixie.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well. Add salt and pepper powder as per your taste and mix well.

Take a bowl, add few drops of oil and grease well.To this add the egg mixture and steam this for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes egg is cooked properly.Transfer this to a plate and cut into small cube pieces.You can see small holes inside the egg pieces. This will help to absorb the masala that we are going to add, Now dip the egg cubes in egg white mix .

Heat a pan for frying and add butter. Fry these egg cubes till golden colour on both sides and keep aside. Now we need to make the masala for the egg chilli. For this heat a pan add butter. Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them well.Fry till the raw smell goes. To this add the chopped onions and fry well. Once onion become transparent add the tomato puree and mix well. To this add the red chilli paste and mix well. Add some salt according to your taste and cook till the tomato and chilli paste is cooked well.

Now add the read and green capsicums and saute well.Do not overcook the capsicums. Add a teaspoon of kashmiri chillipowder and saute well in medium flame. Add a pinch of crushed pepper powder , the fried egg pieces and mix everything well.

Cook in medium flame for 3 mnutes till the masala is well coated with the egg pieces. Garnish with spring onion leaves and switch off the flame.

Delicious egg chilli is ready to serve.
