Prawns Masala Roast


Prawns(Cooked)-half Kg
Small Onions-10
Red Chillies(Dry)-5
Ginger Garlic Paste-2 Tablespoons
Thin Coconut Slices-2 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder-1 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder-1 Tablespoon
Pepper Powder-1 Tsp
Coconut Oil-2 Tablespoons
Salt – to Taste


Clean the Prawns and Cook Them With Turmeric Powder,chillipowder and Salt.
Take the Onions and Dry Chillies in a Blender and Make a Coarse Paste.
Heat the Pan.
Add Oil.
Once Oil Is Heated Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
Saute Well Till Raw Smell Goes.
Add the Coconut Pieces and Fry Well.
Add the Onion Redchilli Paste.
Add Salt.
Fry Well .
Add Curry Leaves.
Add Coriander Powder,pepper Powder and Chilli Powder.
Fry Well Till the Masalas Are Cooked Well.
Add the Cooked Prawns.
Mix Well Till the Onion and Masala Paste Is Coated Well to the Prawns.
Fry Well in Medium Flame for 5 Minutes .
Add Salt if Necessary.
Switch Off the Flame.
