Potato Macaroni , super cool delicious summer salad kids love.
2 large or 4 medium potatoes
1 bundle elbow macaroni
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
crisp chives cut in little pieces
1/2 bundle of swiss cheddar or a few cuts
1 cut of mozzarella cheddar (discretionary)
2 Tablespoons of spread or margarine
Sharp cream (discretionary)
2 cuts of bacon, turkey bacon or ham (optional)
Wash, Peel (discretionary) and cut up potatoes into little pieces. Heat potatoes to the point of boiling finished high warmth.
Add a squeeze of salt to the water. Bubble potatoes for roughly 15 minutes. Add macaroni to water and keep on boiling for around 8 to 10 minutes. In a different skillet, Add margarine or cooking oil and cook the onions until sautéed. Add the chives and keep on cooking for a couple of minutes. Drain the potatoes and macaroni. Restore the potatoes and macaroni to the dish. Blend in the chives, onions, swiss cheddar, bacon and acrid cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
