Cauliflower-1 Medium Size(Cut Into Florets)
Mustard Powder-4 Tablespoons
Fenugreek Powder-2 Tablespoons
Garlic Crushed-2 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice-half Cup
Clean and Cut the Cauliflower Florets.
Wash Them and Drain.
Dry Them Thoroughly in Sun for 3 Hours or Dry Them
On a Cotton Cloth.
Make Sure There Is No Water Content in the Florets.
Take a Big Vessel for Mixing.
Add All the Powders,oil,salt,garlic and Lemon Juice.
Check the Salt and Spice Levels.
Add and Adjust According to Your Taste.
Add the Cauliflower Florets Little by Little and Mix Well.
Close the Lid and Give a Nice Mix.
Keep It Overnight.
The Next Day Open the Lid and Check the Oil and Salt.
Add if Necessary.
Transfer the Pickle to a Airtight Glass Jar .
You Can Store This in Refrigerator for About One Month.
Serve the Pickle With Hot Rice and Ghee.
