Tom cruise is the biggest super star of Hollywood. He nearly ruled 15 years of Hollywood with his hardwork and dedication. He played action figures, romantic characters and variety of characters in his filmography.
One of the best performances I’ve ever seen from Cruise in an ensemble cast. Unusually for him, he doesn’t get top billing in this movie but he shines through as a pick up artist who is hiding secrets about his relationship with his father.
Edge of Tomorrow
Not only best tom cruise film in this decade but one of the best Scifi film. After watching this you will sure enjoy the charisma of Tom cruise and it is also a directors’movie
Mission Impossible – Ghost protocol
As such the entire series is a treat to watch but this one walks away with the best one in the series award. Blamed for a terrorist attack on the Kremlin, Tom Cruise and the entire IMF agency are disavowed by the U.S. government, while the president initiates the Ghost Protocol.
Cruise Became a full fledged movie start after starring in Top Gun. When hotshot fighter pilot Maverick (Tom Cruise) is sent to the Top Gun school, his reckless attitude and cocky demeanor put him at odds with the other pilots, especially the cool and collected Iceman (Val Kilmer).
“Minority Report” is an action-detective thriller set in Washington D.C. in 2054, where police utilize a psychic technology to arrest and convict murderers before they commit their crime.
In the year 2077, Jack Harper (Tom Cruise) works as a security repairman on an Earth left empty and devastated after a war with aliens. Jack has two weeks left before his mission ends and he joins his fellow survivors on a faraway colony. However, Jack’s concept of reality comes crashing down after he rescues a beautiful stranger (Olga Kurylenko) from a downed spacecraft. The woman’s arrival triggers a chain of events that culminates in Jack’s nearly single-handed battle to save mankind.
Knight and Day
June Havens (Cameron Diaz) chats up her charming seatmate on a flight out of Kansas, but she doesn’t realize that she will soon land in the middle of an international adventure. The fellow passenger, Roy Miller (Tom Cruise), is a covert operative who claims he has been set up to take a fall.
Cruise’s character was actually a pretty big jerk in the early scenes of this movie. Here, Cruise played Charlie Babbitt, a flashy car dealer who mistreats just about everybody in his life.
A Few Good Men
Nicholson was nominated for an Academy Award, but Cruise more than held as own as a naval attorney that gets to the bottom of the crime and forces Nicholson to admit his guilt on the witness stand.
The Last Samurai
In The Last Samurai, he’s very understated in that role, playing almost as a whisper when many of his roles are of his character just bursting out of the screen. And that makes it the more intriguing. The film is a beautiful one, and should be considered a classic in time.
